Disel Hinkle is the Managing Partner of Pineridge Living Waters, LLC, a North Carolina–based real estate investment firm focused on value-driven acquisitions, responsible redevelopment, and Christ-centered stewardship. With decades of leadership experience spanning government service, project management, and real estate investing, Mr. Hinkle brings a disciplined, principled approach to every transaction.
Throughout his career, Disel has been known for his ability to assess complex situations, lead teams through high-stakes environments, and execute with integrity and precision. He applies these same strengths to real estate—working with distressed property owners, investors, and community stakeholders to create solutions that are fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial.
Under his leadership, Pineridge Living Waters, LLC focuses on acquiring undervalued and distressed properties, particularly in underserved and working-class communities. Disel is deeply committed to improving neighborhoods through thoughtful renovations and long-term ownership strategies that strengthen communities while delivering strong, ethical returns to investors.
Guided by biblical principles of integrity, service, and faithful stewardship, Disel views real estate as more than a transaction—it is a responsibility entrusted to him. His mission is to manage resources wisely, restore value where it has diminished, and help foster stable homes and renewed opportunities for families and communities. His leadership is anchored in Scripture: “Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful” (1 Corinthians 4:2).
Disel resides in North Carolina and remains actively involved in every stage of the investment process, from acquisition and due diligence through redevelopment and disposition.

Sherry Hinkle serves as Treasurer of Pineridge Living Waters, LLC, where she oversees financial controls, budgeting, and transaction accountability to ensure sound stewardship of company resources. Known for her diligence, organization, and integrity, Sherry plays a critical role in maintaining financial transparency and operational discipline across the firm’s real estate investments.
Guided by strong Christian values, she approaches her responsibilities with a commitment to honesty, accuracy, and faithful stewardship. Sherry ensures that funds are managed responsibly, obligations are met, and investors can have confidence in the firm’s financial practices.
Her work supports Pineridge Living Waters’ mission to create fair, ethical real estate transactions while contributing to community stability and long-term value.
